Rinko's App.

Character: Rinko Jerad
Series: Law of Ueki
Character Age: 15
Canon: When she first meets the series' protagonist, Ueki Kousuke, Rinko is one of the Gifted power-users of "Robert's Ten," the devoted group of villain-of-the-week baddies working for antagonist Robert Haydn. Rinko is even more dedicated than the rest: she has an enormous one-sided crush on Robert that drives her to go fight Ueki. During the battle, however, we find out about Rinko's emo past: the child of a rich family, she was used by her "friends" for money and gifts. When she stopped handing over cash, she was summarily abandoned, and emo'd muchly about how terribly self-interested everyone was. During the fight, however, Rinko realizes that the Ten are using her just as her classmates did, and learns that Ueki actually cares about people. Rinko is quickly Topped By Justice and joins Ueki, though she still hopes to chase Robert down, "open his eyes," and make him a good person.

Rinko's Gift/power (the equivalent of Ueki's "trash into trees") is to change beads into bombs. Her personality goes all over the place - one moment, she's a squealing animal lover; the next, she goes dead set and serious to protect Ueki; she'll emo when it's appropriate; later, she pauses in the middle of an epic battle to take her partner to task for calling her heavy. In general, however, Rinko is a very sweet girl who's devoted to the important people in her life - at several points, she risks her life just to give Ueki time to rest. Her "likes," according to her profile, are "Robert Haydn and all animals." (Yocchan is, for clarification, basically Ueki's dorky manager, or "God Candidate.")

Wow, you're so cute! Your name is Purple Gorilla Security Enforcer-chan? The name is cute, too! Would I like a pearl necklace? No, no, I don't need pearls for what I do! Just plastic beads are good enough!

Of course, if anyone has any beads, I would like some of those, if... it's not too much trouble. It seems that the Arts and Crafts hut was destroyed one too many times and lost most of its crafts supplies - though it doesn't look as though it ever anything but an endless supply of fabric to begin with. I managed to bring a few bags of beads with me from home, but it looks like this place is under the control of power users named Audience with the power to change electrical signals into harassing messages, even from outside the camp! I'll need more than just a few beads to deal with all of them! After all, Yocchan said that Ueki-kun was here already and Robert, too... and I'll need a small arsenal to back him up in a place like this! Of course, if Ueki-kun is at camp, I'm surprised that there's so much trash left around - maybe he's having trouble because all the trash is walking around?

What? The walking -- those are zombies? Real ones?

How cute! W-why are you all shooting at the them? If you just want them to go away, there's a safe, zombie-friendly failproof way to chase them away - make the sound of the zombie's mortal enemy, Tentacle-chan! Squi squi squick squickity! And to bring them back, you imitate a female zombie -- mmuueeeeeerg braiiiiiiiiiiiins brains nnnnnngh braaaaains! Ah, no, Mister Zombie, you don't have to be that friendly -- squi squickity squick!

Right! If anyone else wants to hurt these zombies, then they'll have to defeat me, first!
